ElarScan was presented as a modern, innovative scanning solution offering advanced capabilities for non-contact digitization with maximum detail preservation of historical archives, rare artifacts, manuscripts, antique books, and other originals — including large-format materials. This approach ensures the safety of fragile originals while enabling the creation of high-quality digital collections.

ElarScan scanners are equipped with a high-resolution camera, delivering optical resolution from 400 to 1000 dpi. The special UltraHQ mode (400 MP) generates master files with exceptional detail, compliant with international imaging standards including ISO 19264-1, FADGI, and Metamorfoze. Thanks to FreeFrame technology, up to 20 individual images can be captured in a single scan, significantly increasing efficiency. The built-in Anti-Glare function effectively eliminates reflections and overexposure on glossy or reflective surfaces.

Notably, ElarScan scanners operate as a standalone system. Pre-installed SDI-basic software allows images to be saved directly to internal storage, USB drives, or over Gigabit Ethernet to a network. For professional, high-volume digitization projects, the advanced SDI-full software suite provides extended functionality and workflow automation.
